Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in general trading, MEP project supplies, and chemical supplies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service to clients in the construction and engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the general trading and MEP project supplies sectors.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s product offerings, including MEP supplies and general trading items.
• Provide technical support and product information to clients, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Analyze market data to develop insights that inform sales strategies and product offerings.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales effectively while ensuring profitability.
• Work closely with procurement, logistics, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in general trading and MEP project supplies.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, products, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
